Cancellation Policy for Hassayampa Training Group We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair cancellation policy to ensure smooth operations for all. Please read our policy below: 1. Cancellation Notice Two days in Advance: Cancellations made two days before your scheduled time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty. Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.No Show: If you do not show up for your reservation and do not provide prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. 2. Rescheduling Reschedule Requests: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least one week before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new time, subject to availability. 3. Refunds Refunds will be processed according to the above cancellation guidelines. Refunds may take 7-9 business days to appear on your account. 4. Exceptions Severe Weather or Range Closures: In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., range closures for maintenance), you will be notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 5.
